During my BA in sports coaching at Oxford Brookes University I was Head Coach of the Women’s squad at Merton College Boat Club, Oxford. British Rowing then gave me a scholarship, coaching and reading for an MSc by research in sport and exercise science.
After university, I worked with a company that specialised in the vestibular system, developing exercises and routines to develop coordination, balance, confidence and mental endurance.
Through my journey as a personal trainer I have completed professional qualifications for Pilates, personal training, Nordic walking and sports and remedial massage (soft tissue).
I love helping people reach their full potential and achieve their goals, whether to build muscle, lose weight, prepare for a specific sporting event or develop better flexibility and movement. I can help you with:
