How it works
We book a time and date. I visit you at your home or a venue you would like to work from.
Together we assess your current fitness, potential injuries, limitations, lifestyle and nutrition and devise a plan for your specific goals. I write you an individualised training programme. We book dates and times in the diary for the next month.
Your programme will take you through all aspects of fitness development, making sure that you are leaner, stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. You feel great and the results speak for themselves.
