Nordic walking works the upper and lower body providing positive postural reinforcement. Using Nordic walking poles, we work the small and large muscle groups in your chest, back, arms and shoulders as well as your legs.
This is a low impact rhythmical form of aerobic exercise. The poles act to refine the fluidity of the walking movement. Nordic walking can be performed to suit your specific fitness level, as a low impact alternative to running, a rehabilitation exercise and off-season training for many different sports, including skiing.
I offer one-to-one Nordic walking tuition which will be personalised to your particular level of fitness and ability, and what you want to achieve. I also run workshops and programmes throughout Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds at different levels, from beginner to accomplished Nordic walker.
