I get results by working with individuals, not giving out generic exercises, but working closely with you to understand your lifestyle and goals and make exercise part of your life. Using current sports science, I develop unique programmes to improve health and fitness, build muscle mass, lose weight, combat ageing or rehabilitation. It’s about you, and what you want to achieve.

HOW IT WORKS

We book a time and date. I visit you at your home or a venue you would like to work from. I conduct a full assessment of your current fitness, potential injuries, limitations, lifestyle and nutrition. Together we devise a plan for your specific goals, then I write you an individualised training programme. We book dates and times in the diary for the next month.

Your individualised programme will take you through all areas facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. You feel great and achieve outstanding results.

I believe physical activity is a way of being, an opportunity for self reflection and personal growth, and by working together we can achieve your full potential and fulfil your goals.

During my BA in sports coaching at Oxford Brookes University I was Head Coach of the Women’s squad at Merton College Boat Club, Oxford. British Rowing then gave me a scholarship, coaching and reading for an MSc by research in sport and exercise science.

After university, I worked with a company that specialised in the vestibular system, developing exercises and routines to develop coordination, balance, confidence and mental endurance.

Through my journey as a personal trainer I have completed professional qualifications for Pilates, personal training, Nordic walking and sports and remedial massage (soft tissue).

I love helping people reach their full potential and achieve their goals, whether to build muscle, lose weight, prepare for a specific sporting event or develop better flexibility and movement. I can help you with:
